McNally Valuations Inc. has been engaged to complete a valuation of a machine shop that specializes in oil field and industrial machining, principally manufacturing of oil field down-hole equipment. The purpose was to resolve a shareholder dispute and mediate a transaction subject to a “shotgun” clause.
