Independent Assessment Under Section 95(10) of the Electric Utilities Act
McNally Valuations Inc. recently completed a comprehensive independent assessment on behalf of Greg Melchin, Minister of Energy in accordance with requirements outlined in Section 95(11) of the Electric Utilities Act. The Assessment was of a proposal by ENMAX Green Power Inc. to hold an interest in a generating unit and meet the terms required by the Electric Utilities Act.
