Expert Testimony with respect to Property Tax Appeal
Bob McNally and Chris Perret of McNally Valuations Inc. recently provided expert testimony in front of the Municipal Government Board with respect to the property taxes assessed to a hotel located in Edmonton. They provided testimony relating to the proper execution of mass appraisal techniques and the value of both the intangible assets and furniture, fixtures and equipment of hotels.
