McNally Valuations was called upon in December 2003 to provide a Fairness Opinion from a financial point of view for the shareholders of AltaRex Corp. in support of the transfer price of certain corporate assets and liabilities as part of a Plan of Arrangement under provisions of Section 193 of the Business Corporations Act (Alberta). AltaRex Corp. is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The Fairness Opinion is part of a Management Information Circular filed with respect to the proposed arrangement involving AltaRex Corp. and Nova Bancorp Investments Ltd.
