McNally Valuations’ Southern Office is also located in the province of Alberta.  Medicine Hat surrounds the South Saskatchewan River in the Southeastern corner of Alberta and is known as the sunniest city with over 2,500 hours of sunshine annually.

Our office is close to downtown Medicine Hat, established in a character brick building constructed in 1905 in one of the city’s neighbourhood commercial districts on the South East Hill. The building holds true to the original character including hardwood floors, antique tamped tin ceiling and 14 foot ceiling height.  The building components are otherwise completely modernized.
