• Real Estate Council of Alberta – Appraisal License
• Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Major, University of Saskatchewan 2000

Experience:

Matt is a member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He holds the professional designation of AACI, P.App., Accredited Appraiser of the Canadian Institute, the senior designation of the institute. Matt is also a student of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators as he works towards his Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation.

Matt graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2000. He began his appraisal career in 2000 appraising residential dwellings in Saskatoon. In 2004, after moving to Edmonton, Matt appraised a wide variety of commercial, industrial, and multi-family property. He has also been involved with consulting on the replacement cost of multi-family buildings for insurance purposes.

In his spare time, Matt coaches community league soccer and has served as treasurer for a daycare board.
